Lets jealously guard our 5 minutes of meditation today!
I know you can do it!
Life will try to take it from you!
But DO NOT permit it!
Commit to yourself that you will show up in that place of stillness and meet with GOD (its just 5 minutes).

Today...
Allow God’s Word to fortify you from within and give you courage and release to permit yourself to be all God called you to be! Allow it!

Never be forced out of your positioning as a #blessed child of God, even when everything around you is conspiring against your position...

It is a supernatural empowerment to excel, to thrive, to prosper.

It makes those that are not for you happy when they know that they are able to 'lie' you out of your positioning in GOD. If they could just get you to believe you are not empowered and equipped for this journey, they have won half the battle.
But we know we were blessed coming into this life and we will be blessed going out.
Scripture says:
"...Now I say that the heir, as long as he is a child, does not differ at all from a slave, though he is master of all,"

Think of it this way...
There are some things in life you will not get until you know who you are and whose hand is on you!
If you do not walk around 'embodying' who God says you are, life situations and people will not respond to you as they should.
Today...
Allow God’s Word to divorce you from self-sabotaging narratives that keep you from your PORTION in God. Refuse to walk like a cursed person when God has supernaturally empowered you to PROSPER.

You have capacity! God could have never trusted you with what you are dealing with without measuring it and making sure it does not overwhelm you!

How many times have you felt like you don't fit in?
Today's POWER WORD is:
// Belong //
It means to:
be rightly assigned to a specified category OR position.
to fit in to a specified place or position
It suggests the action of being
-included
-affiliated
-be part of
I like the definition when it speaks about being RIGHTLY assigned. It means there were no mistakes made when you were given access.
Our own insecurities can stand in the way of us fully enjoying our right to BE in the room! Whether at work, in groups or even in GOD!
Ephesians 1:6 tells us that we have been completely accepted in God. We rightly belong! We have been invited IN! We have a HOME in him, unconditionally!
He pulls us into himself without need for any WORKS to prove our worth. We always have space in his heart by reason of a beautiful word called GRACE.
However for 'belonging' to work, we need 3 things:
1.For the giver to extend it.
2.For the position or space where one can belong to be vacant and ready for them.
3. FOR THE RECEIVER TO ALLOW THEMSELVES TO BELONG.
We have a track record of struggling with #3.
Today...
I pray God washes away any limiting belief standing in the the way of you fully enjoying the benefits of BELONGING!
Refuse to think of yourself as an underdog. Refuse to believe the lie that there is no space for you in that company. Refuse to believe you don't qualify on that work team. Refuse to believe you are too small for that assignment, that group, that life, that space God has given you grace to find access to.

Has that emotional pain taken over your life? Has that become you identity?
Today's POWER WORD is:
// Healing //
It means:
the process of making or becoming sound or healthy again. It is to alleviate (a person's distress or anguish). It speaks of correcting or putting right (an undesirable situation).
It suggests the action of
-helping
-easing the pain
-softening the burden
-repairing
-relieving the distress
There are multiple reasons why people can refuse to let go of the 'victim card' and continue carrying emotional burdens from their past.
It takes less strength and courage to be a 'victim' than it does a 'victor'.
Sometimes we have become addicted to the attention we receive as victims.
There are times when all we have known is to be 'victims', we have no 'tools on how to be victors!
Never become comfortable walking around bleeding on people. Never hold on to a narrative about your life that makes you feel safe enough to avoid the responsibility of your life, crippling you from DESTINY!
'Healing' is your divine right in Jesus Christ, if you want it. Jesus says "I will mend all your broken wounds!"
Today:
Think through some of your most painful life moments.You have access to God's supernatural power to 'mend up your broken wounds'. He wants you free, healed and repaired, so you can fulfill your God given ASSIGNMENT.
Your destiny depends on it!
Seek healing!

There are times we are not OPEN enough to receive. We want it (insert a name __________), but we have not opened ourselves enough to receive...
Today's POWER WORD is:

It means:
allowing access, passage, or a view through an empty space; not closed or blocked. It means being 'exposed' & not 'covered' to that which you desire to change your current status.
It suggests the action of being
-available
-not locked
For what you desire , you are going to have to be courageous enough to truly OPEN yourself up to it. Unclog your heart from all those insecurities that tell you what you want it meant for others and not you.
unclog your heart from the lie that you are too old for it. Remove those excuses standing in the way that tell you, "its too late for things to change"!
I know you have felt disappointment before, but it is not a reason for you to stay CLOSED UP!
Too closed up to dream!
Too closed up to imagine a better life!
Too closed up to RECEIVE!
Too closed up to love again!
Too closed up to pursue again!
Too closed up to LIVE!
Woman be LOOSED!
Woman be OPEN!
You are a channel, a vessel that works best when you stay OPEN!
Today...
May God wash away every high and lofty thing that stands in the way of you receiving everything he has ever desired for you! He made you for 'impact' & he has plans to prosper you and not to harm you...
But you cant let FEAR and DISAPPOINTMENT close you up, you have to stay OPEN to that plan.

You walk different when you know you are in it alone. But you also walk different when you know you have someone's 'support'.

Someone who comes to hold up 'part' or 'all' of the weight.

-maintaining
The journey towards destiny needs to be fed with the right environment, the right voices who speak over you & the right helping hands. Contrary to your belief, there are much more for you than against you.
And if none at all, God is on your side and he is a MAJORITY!
Today...
Change your step as you walk because you are supported. There is no place you can go where God is not with you, covering you, protecting you, giving you access and FAVOR!
Deutronomy 31: 6 says God neither leaves no forsakes you. Even in your toughest trials, when you have made bad decisions, God is with you.
David says in Psalm 139:8, "even if i make my own bed in hell, there you are with me also."
God's support is unwavering!
He is always looking for ways to re-route you back into the space you need to be to fulfill your assignment.
So, When the road feels lonely, remember...

Its painful to walk around life feeling like you are LATE.It is a burden too heavy to carry.It makes you walk around bitter and angry at everyone, including God.
Today's POWER WORD is:
// On Time //
It means:
Without delay
It suggests the action of being
-scheduled
-on the dot
-punctual
-when expected
To be delayed means there was a scheduled or appointed time. And when that time passes, we panic.
It is fascinating that the time and schedule we judge God's faithfulness on is not a schedule God himself made - but a calender 'society's clock' created.
There are seasons in our personal journey when we feel angry with God because we believed he has us delayed. We feel behind. Many of our peers have gone ahead of us.
What if we changed the narrative and believed that we are exactly where we need to be and that our responsibility in this season is to prepare ourselves for all the abundance still on its way for us.
What if instead of spending a lot of energy in strife and anger towards God, we redirected that same strength to building our capacity up for what is coming.
I am a firm believer that nothing can stop an idea whose time has come. Nothing can stop a man whose season has come.
Today...
Change your narrative.
Isaiah 60:22 says "when the time is right, i the Lord will make it happen".
In Jeremiah 29:11 he says - "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
3 things to remember today:
Man's time is not God's time
God has not forgotten you.
Rest and prepare for the future he has for you.
So, When you are tempted to feel impatient, just know..
"You are on-time on God's time MAP woman!"

We always have reservoirs of untapped power waiting for the right moment to show up and solve any issue.
Today's POWER WORD is:
// Empowered //
It means:
Make someone stronger or more confident.
It is to give someone power or authority to do something.
It suggests the action of being
-permitted
-allowed
-given the 'ok'
To feel weak is human because we have limitations. But to feel weak & give up as a believer is to ignore God's call to plug ourselves into his reservoir of unlimited power.
We have an upper edge as we walk through life.
We not only get access to all the capacity, the gifts, the talents he has given us for life, but we get his power to distinguish us where ever we are planted.
This power brings with it open doors.
This power brings with it favor.
This power brings with it access.
It brings with it wisdom.
It brings with it endurance in tough situations.
But...this power can only start working for you when you become aware of it and train yourself that you always are plugged into it.
It starts changing the way you walk, the way you talk, the way you show up in rooms, the way you speak. You are words start to carry more power because God's power is backing you up.
Scripture says:
Isaiah 40:29 - "...He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength."
Collosians 1:11 - "...May you be strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might...."
2 Timothy 2: 1 -7 - "...For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control."
Today...
I don't know what you are going through, but change the story you are telling yourself about who is powerful in that situation.
You carry great power! 'Staying power'! You have the support of all of heaven behind you. You are endowed with strength to walk through that Red Sea and come out dry.
And when people see you, they will say...
"It can only be the Lord's doing, it is marvelous to watch even in our sight!!!"
So when the walls start closing in on you, remember:
"You are empowered today MAP woman!"

Day 11
// Working Together //
Everything when viewed in 'isolation' can look like confusion. But when things are in their rightful place, put together in an orderly way, they look like the masterpiece they have always been.
That is what your life is A MASTERPIECE.
Today's POWER WORD is:
// Working together //
It means:
To give things the power to blossom into fullness before we risk judging them for what they are not - because things are always in collaboration.
It suggests the action of being
-in relation with another
There are many pieces of our life's puzzle right now which are not meant to make sense 'in isolation'. Their full glory will only shine when all things come together.
When Joseph looks at his life in the pit, he can struggle to see a season in the palace. When David looks at his life running & hiding from Saul, he can struggle to see his life on the throne.
When Gideon looks at his life in hiding, he can struggle to see himself as a Mighty Man of Valor. When Esther looks at her life as an orphan, she can struggle to see herself one day as Queen.
But the fact is "all things, all things, all things were working together!"
Esther had to be parented by Mordecai so that she could get access into the palace and not by her own mother. Joseph had to go to his prominence through a pit and prison. The events were not in isolation, they were WORKING TOGETHER.
Have you ever had evens in your life that worked together?

Day 12

In this world where 'hustle' culture is glorified, where working with no rest is praised, we have to learn to slow down...
Today's POWER WORD is:

It means:
cease work or movement in order to relax, sleep, or recover strength.
It suggests the action of
-pausing
-slowing down
-reclining
-easing
-taking time off
We have a long journey ahead of us. PURPOSE demands for us to live long enough to fulfill our full assignment. Placing an unreasonable weight on our body (which is the cage that houses our spirit as it fulfills destiny) is not wise.
Rest is one of the ways we minister healing to our bodies. It is said that as the body sleeps, it heals. Never underestimate the power of resting!
Today...
Give yourself permission to rest. Take moments to catch break, get some coffee, watch a show you love, walk around your home...anything to recline and be at ease.
Here are some TIPS on how to rest:
Spend time away from your responsibilities
Give yourself permission to not be helpful
Intentionally do something unproductive
Spend time in solitude to recharge
Spend time in stillness to decompress
Spend some alone time
Cast all your burdens over to Jesus
May you find special moments in your day where you feel rested, calm and at ease. May those moments minister a unique healing to your body, mind, soul and spirit.
Today...
