This year’s conference is aimed at stirring up gifts for kingdom, community, and corporate building. Our desire is to see women come out of their heads and start creating and birthing out the assignments God has deposited in their spirits. 

We have handpicked ‘Founders’, women who have created or built something - knowing they have an appreciation of the building process and its intricacies. They have so much value to offer and will equip us during the week of the conference to LAUNCH OUT!

Precious is the Founder of Unflinching Figures, whose mission is to empower women and the girl child to embrace their scars and live authentically. She is a writer, blogger and YouTuber, currently a student at Charis Bible College, a vessel filled with the Holy Spirit and a pace setter. She is making her mark by using her life story to change the lives of others for God’s Glory.

Known for her passion for leadership development, since she was only 17 years old, Dr. Ru pioneered various leadership initiatives, mostly for young women in Zimbabwe. She says her goal is to inspire the next generation of leaders-, particularly women. She hosted the Young African Women's Summit attended by representatives from 23 African countries. She later actively served as an ambassador and curator for the US-based Imagining Ourselves Project. 

Dr. Ru initiated the Be the Next Young Woman Politician Campaign in 2009, which was recognized by the British Council and pioneered mentoring with notable political figures in London. Among other milestones, she is a fellow of the prestigious British Council Africa Leadership Program, the Women Leaders for the World Program- California, USA, Vital Voices- Washington DC, International Visitor Leadership Fellow by the US Embassy and Research Fellow at Santa Clara University School of Business & Leadership.

Dr. Ru is committed to building communities of women through a nonprofit she founded called GirloTherapy; the nonprofit serves over 10000 women leaders dubbed #bossbabe Conversation. She also hosts the annual #BossBabe Summit. All empowerment sessions and training under Girlotherapy are entirely free.

Scott is the Founder of a Rise of a Nation , an NPO founded out of the irresistible urge to address cracks falling in between basic education, the lack of quality in learners produced by unprivileged public schools. At "Rise of a Nation", they tackle this problem by hosting events to benefit learners, identify and nourish potential that would normally go unnoticed. Lesego is also an SCO-UWC Chairperson 2019/20, UWC-SRC - Public Relations Officer 2019/20, part of the Activate Leaders Network 2020 Intake and a Law Student. She has leadership running in her blood and oozes grace for servant leadership in particular.

Melody is an Author of a book called 'Hosting Heaven' and the Host of an annual women's conference called the 'House of Hosting Heaven Women Conference'. She is also the Founder of a fast growing community on Youtube called 'House Of Hosting Heaven' reaching thousands in more than 58 countries worldwide. On this story telling platform (on Youtube), she teaches about the love of God while providing practical tools for Christian living in a refreshing modern twist.  She uses the ‘Word of God’ to teach new trails of thoughts which are ‘counter-culture’, a quality about her that makes her an undeniable force of ‘mind renewal’-through the word, for our generation.
